The employee of the campaign headquarters Alexei Navalny in Kaliningrad Oleg Alekseev was detained for the distribution of leaflets. This was reported in the group "Navalny team | Kaliningrad "on VKontakte.

At the intersection near the Plaza shopping center, where Alekseev handed out leaflets, two police cars arrived. Alekseev was kept there for about an hour, shooting on video cameras. Then he was taken to the local Internal Affairs Directorate for an explanation.
