Alexei Navalny was detained at a rally in Moscow. He wrote about this on his Twitter.

UPD 15:12 Navalny was delivered to the Yakimanka police department. It is reported by Navalny Live on Twitter.

UPD 15:33 Navalny is accused under Art. 20.2 Administrative Code (violation of the established procedure for the organization or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picket). Navalny Live reports that the opposition was detained 48 hours before the court.

UPD. On January 31 , on the website of Alexei Navalnaya, it is reported that a protocol was drawn up for a policy for repeated violation of the organization or holding of a rally (part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
