In the next case about the battle of Ulus-Kert, they gave a deadline up to 16 years

The judge of the Supreme Court of Chechnya Macca Tesaeva sentenced the residents of the Neftekumsky district of Stavropol Fazbek Amangaziev and Arslan Valiev by 16 and 15 and a half years of strict regime, respectively, in the case of the federals with feds in 2000 in the forest at the Chechen Mountain village of Ulu-Kert. On July 26, 2016, the same Supreme Court of Chechnya sentenced Amangazyev and Valiev to nine and seven years of strict regime, respectively, in the case of another battle with the federals - in the village of Chervolnaya on October 4, 1999. Both were declared guilty of the same part 2 of Article 209 and Article 317 of the Code.

As we might assume, in the second case, Amangaziev and Valiev gave comparable terms, and 16 and 15 and a half years were appointed by partial or even full addition of the deadlines for both cases.

Earlier, nine people were condemned in Ulus-Kerta. In particular, the participation in this battle was charged with the defendants in the UNA-UNSO case Nikolai Karpyuk and Stanislav Klykh, who in reality were not at all in Chechnya before the arrest.

At the end of November 2017, the Prosecutor General approved the indictmentin another similar case . Its defendants are residents of Chechnya Ruslan Namatov and Arthur Ushaev.
