At the weekend in Ingushetia and Chechnya, Ksenia Anatolyevna Sobchak visited - the only one of all participants in the presidential race, who considered it necessary to visit the Caucasus. However, the central point of the agenda of Ksenia Sobchak in the Caucasus was the question of political prisoners and specifically - Oyub Titieva, the head of the Grozny branch of the Memorial, who was arrested and will be judged in Chechnya for constructed accusations of drug storage.

Trying to organize her visit to the region, Sobchak offered a meeting to the heads of both republics-Yunus Bek Evkurov and Ramzan Kadyrov. None of them agreed to this meeting. However, in Chechnya, Ksenia Sobchak failed not only with the head of the republic - but also with the people, which the local authorities of the republic saved from contacts with "candidate against all."

Let me remind you, the Nazran office of the Memorial human rights center, the oldest in the Caucasus, who survived the wars and the long -term counter -terrorist operation, burned down on January 17, soon after the arrest in the neighboring Republic of Oyub Titiev. On the eve of his colleagues Oyuba from Moscow flew to support him. We all went to Chechnya from Ingushetia - safe and calm. A couple of times the "memorials" attracted the car of the Nazran office to these trips, soon after which it burned out. In the morning, investigators seized a video that shows how at night people in masks put a staircase to the walls of the building, where the “memorial” is located, climb it, after which the flash is visible on the video. The office was set on fire, it burned almost completely. Today, his windows are pounded with plywood, walls, even from the side of the street, are covered with soot.

On the threshold we are met by Timur Akiev, the head of the Nazran office. He tells Sobchak the whole story with the destruction of the office, she listens carefully, asks clarifying questions: do you know Oyuba personally? Do you associate arson with an oyub business? Have you received threats before?

- You know, we can even blame us for the loyalty of the authorities, but all 18 years that we have been working here, we have not received any threats. We always worked normally, says Timur.

It was not possible to get inside the burned office of the delegation, who arrived along with Ksenia Sobchak: the owner closed the room, said: "There is a repair." However, on this day, other doors closed before the presidential candidate. For example, a second school in the village of Ekazhevo hastily refused a meeting with Ksenia Anatolyevna, although shortly before that she had nothing against it.

In the evening, the pool of one of the most media candidates tried to evict from the hotel-under the pretext that the administrators confused something, and the pompous numbers in the "Artis Plaza" went to the delegations of Sobchak by mistake, while they were intended for sports training participants.

However, a misunderstanding with the hotel somehow settled, and with the school it is generally not clear what Ingushetia was fastened. There is something to tell about: over the past year in the republic with the largest birth rate in Russia, several new schools have been introduced, which allowed to eliminate training in the third (count the night) shift.

Once it was not possible to visit the school, a place for lunch was formed. We advised a sweet and tasty cafe in Magas, where we go ourselves. We arrived in the cafe a little earlier than the motorcade arrived.

“Cook the chicken, Sobchak goes to you,” we threw Diana, the only waitress of the institution from the threshold.

- How is Sobchak? Ksyusha? - Diana did not believe. - Oh, I like her ... Girls, there will be a lot of them? They’re exactly going? All shakes me!

Over the next hour, Diana was worn between the tables occupied by the delegation, in the non-stop mode brought salads and barbecue, never seemed to confuse anything.

All evening he was dedicated to meetings with supporters of Ksenia Sobchak. More than a hundred people gathered in the office center in Nazran. Without hiding faces and names, on camera, people talked about the most acute problems of the republic:

- The irremovability of power is terrible. For 25 years, 100 people in the republic have been held by all positions. The man was the Minister of Sports, then he becomes the Minister of Labor, then a few years later - a judge. And so they have been spinning for 25 years ...

-And another 25th point of your program, it says that we are a democratic state, and we must abandon totalitarianism, the excuses of Stalin, repression, and the cult of personality.

- I am sure that there are a lot of smart people in the federal government. And they just don’t hear us, our screams do not reach. And our only tool is the Internet.

Ksenia Anatolyevna also demonstrated her own deep awareness about the problems of the region:

- The fact that you are sitting here today is already a great courage. We have little talk about the problems of Ingushetia at the federal level, its problems are silent. You did not say about one thing, but it seems to me key - there is really great unemployment ...

(I’ll add from myself: they didn’t say one more thing at this meeting, although it also seems key to me personally. Ten years ago, they shot on the streets of the cities of Ingushetia. Every day, people were often killed from bullets and explosions. And one traffic light was for the whole name. And now classical music plays in the Magas at stops, and the people are discussing why the mayor laid bike paths.)

Of course, no question with the horseshoe was done. A young guy with a beard “near Kadyrov” got up:

- So you said that in the event of your victory, you will resign Yevkurov and Kadyrov. Well, Evkurova is clear. But Kadyrov is an indispensable person for the Chechen Republic. Who are you going to replace it?

“I don’t know if Kadyrov should be in Chechnya, this is not my business, sorry,” Sobchak retorted. - Let the Chechens decide for themselves. And if in honest democratic elections, where his competitors can participate, who will not disappear until the last round of elections, which will not be thrown by drugs who will participate in the debate with Kadyrov, if the people elect Kadyrov, he will have the right to be considered the head of the republic in such elections.

For a long time, even after the announcement of the end of the meeting, people did not let go of the candidate. They shouted about corruption and unemployment, about the suburban area (really sick theme), thanked, applauded. Someone stripped the whole meeting on their page in the FB. Someone made a selfie against the background of Ksenia. Even our taxi driver, whom we released, did not leave anywhere - went into the hall and listened. Told me:

“Much says correctly. But why so much police? Who will offend her here? "

The next morning, Ksenia Sobchak, along with the whole pool, went from Magas to Grozny. In general, to unite these two republics on one trip is a great idea, not only from the point of view of logistics. This is also a lesson of comparative regional studies for a young politician. Ingushetia and Chechnya are like separated twins. General language, common past, common tragedies. That's just the present - different.

In Grozny, Ksenia Anatolyevna’s plan is to get up with the poster “Freedom Oyub Titiev” in the square near the monument to the dead journalists in the city center, and then take a walk, talk to people. Having put the roses to the black stone of the monument, she, with a poster in her hands, in front of the cameras of local and federal channels, says simple and exact words: “Today it is extremely important to show that we are not afraid, and that a fair court should work throughout Russia. And in Chechnya including. People must stop disappearing. People must stop dying. Therefore, today I came here with a single picket for the freedom of Oyub Titiev. This is a person who headed a “memorial” in Chechnya, investigated the disappearance of people. Now this man is in prison. He starves, he is interrogated for days. Of course, we understand that Ramzan Kadyrov controls everything in Chechnya. And of course, Ramzan Akhmatovich can solve this issue. ”

When Sobchak finishes speak, almost none of the journalists asks questions. Everyone silently stand in a semicircle, look at the single picket of the only presidential candidate who has reached Chechnya.

Shops and cafes are closed, in most of them it’s dark as if they did not open in the morning, but in some, sellers glanced at our procession because of the glasses with curiosity. Someone laughs and waves his hand, someone takes Ksenia on the camera camera.

The empty city seems to have lurked his breath and some kind of solemn. The special corner of the "new" Lena Milashina, to break this numbness, begins a tour for Ksenia:

- This is the National Museum. It is made absolutely modern, and as if soaring. Inside - just amazing!

“Yes, and the avenue is impressive,” says Ksenia. - I was here immediately after the war, everything was in a terrible state, bombed ... I must admit that a lot was done. But one does not cancel the other.

- It does not cancel ... In the republic there are architectural solutions are very accurate, modern. The museum, the mosque “The Heart of Chechnya”, the Aimani mosque in the Argun ... And now we are approaching the Barsky House. It was built by captured Germans, survived in the war. Until recently, there was an office of Memorial. But last year they moved ...

-Let's go somewhere where there are people! - Offers Sobchak. - Let's even buy coffee!

We notice a minivan selling coffee - surprisingly, it works. The seller looks at Sobchak with a smile - as if he was preparing coffee every day: "What do you want?" -"Do you have it to be a new?" “No, we have only European.”

At that moment, when Ksenia is in the hands of Coffee, we hear from behind: “Why do you drink coffee? Coffee is harmful to horses! "

20 young guys run up to us, many of them have their faces, they hide from the cameras. Their actions are coordinated by a man in a jacket with a deeply infused hood. He always consulted with someone on the phone and even pulls his most ardent fighters from our group.

Dirty swearing rushes about Ksenia. The red bearded bearded man is especially zealous. "Why did you come here?" - He is pounced on Ksenia. -Listen, you are a man after all. It seems to me that so you can’t talk with unfamiliar women, ”she answers calmly. And the redhead continues to pour blanks.

- It is possible with you, we know everything about you, but you did not come here with good intentions. I do not want you to be in our republic. We already picked up the trouble at one time. Because of people like you. You are not a presidential candidate, and do not fit some candidates in the ones.

- You don't want coffee?

“We do not want to see people like you.”

“Well, I didn’t come to your home.” This is a public space located in the Russian Federation, so let's respect each other.

- Get in the car and leave. We are not happy with you. I speak for all the people. I am a representative of the Chechen people!

However, the “representative of the Chechen people” did not dare to introduce himself. He said: "Everyone who needs me knows me."

Sobchak’s trip to Grozny was broadcast live on her YouTube channel. The vile behavior towards the guest of Chechnya shocked the Chechens themselves. The Chechen "Votsap" instantly reacted with a flash mob. Users distributed a photograph of young people who rose Ksenia, with the inscription:
