The US Department of Finance on January 29 published the so -called “Kremlin list” - a list of officials and individuals who are considered a support for the “Russian regime”. The list consists of two parts - open (with a list of defendants) and secret, which contains “additional information” and a list of individuals who are not large businessmen or officials. The law “On Countering the opponents of America through sanctions” adopted half a year ago required such a list. In Moscow, meanwhile, it is believed that the publication of the list is another attempt to quarrel Russian elites with Vladimir Putin on the eve of the presidential election.
