In Kaliningrad, a volunteer from Navalny’s local headquarters was arrested for 10 days

The Moscow District Court of Kaliningrad arrested Vladimir Nemanov, a volunteer at the local strike headquarters, Alexei Navalny, for 10 days. This was reported in the group "Team Navalny | Kaliningrad" in "VKontakte".

He was found guilty under Part 8 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation of the procedure for holding a public event).

On January 29, employees of the Center for Combating Extremism detained three volunteers from Navalny's headquarters, among whom was Nemanov. They were stopped at the exit from the building of the Leninsky District Court. They came there to support Oleg Alekseev, assistant coordinator of the local headquarters.

After the activists were taken to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Kaliningrad, where protocols on an administrative offense were drawn up against them.
