The publication of the "Kremlin report" allowed commentators and observers to recall one of the main characters of the Yeltsin era - Anatoly Chubaise. Not because his surname is on the list, but just because it was not there. It would seem - why is Chubais there? He is not an oligarch, the corporation headed by him can not be compared with Gazprom, he is not a member of the government, he is not part of Putin's immediate environment.
Nevertheless, it is the absence of Chubais in the list - and not really occupying high posts of Golikova and Nabiullina or the same Kudrin - is discussed most energetically. So, as if this is a kind of exposure, almost a certificate of high rank in the CIA. So, as if it was possible to get a new evidence of the formula from the half -forgotten television "dolls" - "Chubais is to blame for everything."
Aren't Chubais? Didn't Chubais come up with a privatization, which led to the emergence of all these "effective managers" from the Forbes list? Didn't his ideas contribute to the accidental enrichment of the masters of a private car? Wasn't Chubais the main organizer of Yeltsin’s victory in 1996? Didn't Chubais contribute to the transfer of power in 1999? It turns out that he lured them all into the rooms, in lists, villas and yachts - so that one day to hand over all the Americans. Ubrea. Without exception.
However, there is an exception in this list of the most successful people in Russia - this is himself. Who will say that Chubais did not act on the assignment of the State Department? Whoever says that it was not he who found the exact mechanism for identifying the most capable and most honest Russians - so that the American authorities could identify them without unnecessary trouble, simply by telephone reference book.
In Soviet times, all these wonderful people would be classified, leading “mailboxes”, would live in special forces without addresses, and not in Nice or Florida - but go to the temptation of Chubais! And if he had not come up with his “liberal empire” - well, did someone have an idea that you could “liberally” grow to Russia Crimea and a piece of Donbass. No, the idea of collecting land in general in Russia did not occur to anyone, until Chubais spoke about it.
All these were traps - privatization, and billions, and state corporations, and Crimea. But now the enemy knows who is who and can deprive it of it, I am not afraid of this word, the gene pool. And how is Russia without its best sons, without Medvedev, Patrushev, Abramovich, Sechin? If they are even mentioned, if no one does nothing wrong with these wonderful people, then after all, life under the cap can deprive the amazing abilities that they differed in managing, plundering and enrichment. How they will now steal, and most importantly, where to store the loot is completely incomprehensible. But it is clear that Chubais is to blame for all this. As one journalist from the Kremlin “pool” wrote, he probably didn’t come up with himself, good uncles prompted, “Stirlitz was never so close to failure.”
However, if we are talking about Stirlitz, then it is worth remembering that the list of American Ministry of Finance does not contain another outstanding master of various traps for the Russian elite, which can compete with Anatoly Chubais in this self -disclosure session. This man is Vladimir Putin.
