The investigation charged with two cases of corruption crimes when the governor of the Kirov region was the governor of the Kirov. So, according to the prosecution, in 2011-2012 he received a bribe of € 200 thousand from businessman Albert Laritsky - one of the NLK and Kirovles company managers. For this money, the governor patronized companies in the implementation of projects for the development of forest in the Kirov region. In 2014-2016, for similar services of white, he received more bribes for a total of € 400 thousand from businessman Yuri Zudheimer. At the same time, he extorted a bribe at the imperanthaimer. It was when transferring part of the bribe in the Moscow Restaurant of the White that he was detained in 2016. As a result, the court found the whites guilty only by the second episode.

The court decision also says that the testimony of the whites that the money was not a bribe, but was intended for charity, do not refute his guilt. The court also came to the conclusion that the actions of Zudheimer cannot be considered a provocation of a bribe, and, therefore, the arguments of the prosecution are not refuted.

During the debate of the parties, the state prosecution asked the court to sentenced the White to 10 years in a colony of maximum security colony with a fine of 100 million rubles.

Nikita Bellykh himself did not admit his guilt. In the last word, he stated that the attempts of the investigation to prove his guilt were unsuccessful, and expressed doubt about the reliability of the testimony that witnesses in the case gave in court.

When it already became known that the verdict would be the convict, the publicist Viktor Shenderovich on the air of Echo of Moscow explained this by the fact that "the whites tried to play with the shulers."

“It seemed to him that within the framework of the Putin regime, he could do something. But we see the result of this theory of small affairs, ”said Shenderovich.

After the sentence, the Prosecutor General’s Office said that they may have appealed him, since the court did not fully agree with the position of state prosecution.
