The court in Simferopol upheld the fine for a participant in a single picket

The Supreme Court of Crimea upheld the fine to Dilyaver Yunusov, a participant in a one-man picket in support of the Crimean Tatars. This was reported in the group of the Crimean Solidarity organization on Facebook.

Earlier, the Dzhankoysky District Court fined Yunusov 10 thousand rubles, finding him guilty under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by a participant of the procedure for holding a public event).

On October 14, 2017, a series of single pickets of Crimean Tatars against police lawlessness took place in Crimea. As a result , several dozen people were detained - the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic reported 49 detainees.
