Employees of Center “E” invited a volunteer from Navalny’s headquarters to a conversation about the action on January 28

In St. Petersburg, employees of the Center for Combating Extremism invited Yegor Ryabchenko, a volunteer from the strike headquarters, Alexei Navalny, for a talk. In case of refusal, law enforcement officers promised to put him on the wanted list.

Ryabchenko himself told OVD-Info about this. He also clarified that law enforcement officers work under the command of Oleg Shaidullin, an employee of the Center "E".

In the morning, law enforcement officers came to the apartment at the place of residence of Ryabchenko. According to him, they stood at the entrance for an hour and a half and did not ring the doorbell. Grandmother Ryabchenko came out to law enforcement officers. Employees of Center "E" told her that Ryabchenko should come to them for a conversation.

Law enforcers cited the participation of a young man in the protest action “Voters' Strike”, which they allegedly learned about from surveillance cameras, as the reason. The employees did not show screenshots from the cameras to Ryabchenko's relative. No one sent Ryabchenko's summons either.
