The judge of the Supreme Court of the annexed Crimea Konstantin Karavaev rejected the arrest of Ismail Ramazanov, who was accused of extremism, and left him in custody until February 23. This was reported by the correspondent of "faces".

At the same time, the prosecution Ramazanov was brought late for 10 hours regarding the norms of the Code of Criminal Procedure. “In fact, they simply forgot to bring him the charge. And everyone was very expected to be released. Well, according to all legislative norms - but not,” said the lawyer of Agora, Alexei Ladin.

Ramazanov told the lawyer that after January 23 he was not beaten. The accused at a court hearing could already get up and spoke clearly.

The court sequentially rejected all defense petitions. The lawyer invited the audiofixation of the meeting, and also not to keep Ramazanov in the cage. The court also refused to interrogate the brother of the accused Ismail. He could confirm that Ramazanov was arrested at 5 am on January 21. Thus, the prosecution should be brought to him before 5 am on Friday. The protocol officially indicates the time of detention 14:51, but the investigators missed this period.

On January 24, the judge of the Simferopol district court of Crimea Irina Kirillova arrested Ramazanova for a month . The investigator of the district of the TFR Alice Glukhova requested a longer term of imprisonment in the pre -trial detention center - two months at once. In turn, the lawyer Ladin asked to release the detainee for a recognizance not to leave or at least send him under house arrest.

The hearing took place in open mode, but only eight people - closest relatives, as well as journalists, allowed the hall. Meanwhile, dozens of his fellow countrymen came to the court to support Ramazanov.

The Russian Investigation Department, without naming the name of the defendant, announced on January 23, about the opening of the case against the 31-year-old Muslim Ramazanov. The case is qualified under part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of Russia (the excitement of national and religious hatred or enmity), which provides for 2 to 5 years of the colony. It is claimed that Ramazanov led extremist propaganda in September - October 2017 through the Zello Internet. Meanwhile, the lawyer Ladin at the hearing indicated that the case file does not contain sufficient evidence of the suspect in the distribution of applications imputed to him.

The only evidence of the investigation, the defender emphasized - the conclusion of a linguistic study conducted by the FSB expert Vinogradov. However, Ramazanov denies that the statements appearing in the case belong to him. In addition, although during a search of the Crimean, a mobile phone and a tablet were seized, no evidence that Ramazanov launched Zello on these devices, the investigator Glukhov did not introduce.

A search in the house of Ramazanov and his parents began on January 23 at 4 a.m. It was conducted by two FSB operatives. In addition to the mobile phone and tablet, the security forces seized Ukrainian documents of the Crimean. In addition, they stated that under the bed of Ramazanov found more than 20 rounds to the Makarov pistol. At the same time, the cases of illegal storage of ammunition, as far as is known, has not yet been imputed.

During the search, as well as after it - on the way to the TFR and later - the security forces beat Ramazanov. Four FSB officers dressed in civilian and with masks on their faces brought to the district court of the detainee. During the meeting, Krymchanininov called one of the escorts as a beating participant. “I hit the shoulder, on the kidneys ...” Ramazanov began to tell. However, judge Kirillov interrupted him.

The detainee also stated that as a result of beating, his side, head and head hurt him. “He grimaces in pain and barely speaks,” said Naumlyuk. Since Ramazanov could not stand, Kirillov allowed him to participate in the hearing sitting. Ladin's lawyer demanded to call his client ambulance. The prosecutor confirmed that on the eve of Ramazanov was taken to the medical examination, which had discovered injuries. In addition, the detainee added, after the examination he was beaten again.

However, Kirillov refused to call an ambulance. The bailiffs, according to one of them, twice called an ambulance on their own, without the permission of the judge. However, until the end of the meeting, the ambulance never arrived.

During the meeting, it turned out that from the very moment of detention - more than a day and a half - Ramazanov was not allowed to eat and drink. The father took the detained gear to the detainee, but they did not give it to the Crimean. From the house Ramazanov was taken in a jacket thrown over a T -shirt. Nevertheless, he was also not provided with warm clothes.

It also became known at the hearings that Ramazanov’s detention protocol was falsified - the time of detention in it is indicated in the middle of the day on January 23. Kirillova asked if the detained remarks made to the protocol. He replied that he was not given this paper for signature.
