The case of the "Penza terrorists" opens before the security forces a new scope for "creativity."

Penza, Moscow, Omsk, St. Petersburg, Belarus. The geography of the next “terrorist conspiracy” is impressive. As well as plans that, according to the FSB, were nurtured by a group of young people: to organize a series of explosions during the presidential election and the 2018 football World Cup and raise an armed rebellion.

In the fall of 2017, on the eve of the “Revolution” , allegedly planned by the supporters of the opposition Vyacheslav Maltsev, the security forces conduct large -scale raids throughout the country. Several hundred people will be arrested. Among them are Penza terrorists.

October 17, 2017. A student of the Pedagogical Institute named after V. G. Belinsky Egor Zorin (21 years old). The very next day, he will testify to his classmate Ilya Shakursky, an activist of the local left movement. By the way, before the New Year, Zorin, the only one of all participants in the Penza “group”, is released under house arrest.

October 19. Ilya Shakursky was detained. On the same day, operatives come home to the musician of one of the Penza rock groups Vasily Kuksov, a friend of Shakursky. During a search in a Kuksov car, a gun is found. Among the accusations brought by Kuksov is the occupation of "illegal mastery of survival skills in the forest and first aid." Kuksov is the only one who still does not admit his guilt and declares that the weapons were thrown to him.

October 27. Another acquaintance of Shakursky was detained - the shooting instructor Dmitry Pchelintsev. A registered weapon is found in his apartment - two hunting carbines, as well as a gun and ammunition for playing airsoft. In the machine of Pchelintsev, the security forces find two grenades. Later, on a date with his wife in a pre -trial detention center, Pchelintsev spoke about the use of violence to him: he was suspended upside down and tortured by electric shock. “I'm in hell,” he writes to his wife Angelina. Pchelintsev pleaded guilty.

November 2017. In Penza, activist Andrei Chernov was detained, and Arman Sagynbaev in St. Petersburg. During the search, the latter find a bucket with aluminum powder. Sagynbaev admits that I bought it and other details for the manufacture of explosives on the Avito.ru website. Later, Sagynbaeva is delivered to Penza, and operational activities in the case are resumed in the northern capital.

January 24, 2018. A 23-year-old Viktor Filinkov citizen, who worked as a programmer in one of the St. Petersburg firms, was detained at Pulkovo Airport. Details of detention became known from the communication with members of the PMC: the unknown people put Filinkov in the car and took him to the forest. Here, people in masks demanded confession from him, and having achieved consent - the exact formulations that had to be learned. Beating and torture by a stouter shocker lasted five hours.

The media detained in Penza and St. Petersburg are called left activists, anti -fascists and anarchists. According to the acquaintances of the defendants, with whom the “new” managed to communicate, the activity of the detainees mainly fell on thematic groups in social networks “Autonomous Action”, “Vegetarian Power” and others.

The wife of Filinkov Alexandra claims that Victor was a participant in the anti -fascist movement when he lived in Omsk. “In St. Petersburg, we did not do anything public. We talked with people with similar views, ”she told the site“ The present. ”

According to these documents, all detainees allegedly entered a mysterious organization entitled "Network". Her two St. Petersburg cells (they were called the “Marse Field” and “Jordan-SPB”) numbered 13 people, three “5.11” included three, and from the Moscow MSC-from two to four. There was also a department in Belarus. At the same time, each member of the organization had a “position” and a nickname. For example, Arman Sagynbaev, he was Andrei Security, according to investigators, was responsible for the manufacture of explosives, and Yegor Zorin (Grisha) was supposed to directly lead the clashes with the security forces. In 2016–2017, according to investigators, the members of the group held several meetings in the Moscow and Leningrad regions, where they arranged joint training, discussed options for overthrowing the current regime and establishing anarchist state ( ! - I would like to recommend to better study the mattress. - Ed . ). In the media, young people are called supporters of Vyacheslav Maltsev, however, there is no connection with the movement of “artillery” ( prohibited in Russia. - S. R. ), except for “5.11”, allegedly used in the name of one of the cells of the “network”, is no longer traced. And taking into account what everyone is called anti -fascists and anarchists, they could not have nothing to do with the “Maltsev” ones purely ideologically. But the FSB, obviously, received the good to clean up the “artillery” and did not call this decision back. Therefore, the detention of any suspicious activists are now taking place as part of the fight against terrorism "under the sauce of Maltsev." In addition, it is probably a prevention of the activities of various terrorist groups (even sucked from the finger) in the regions before the elections and the World Cup is a good reporting indicator.

Despite some clearly not random leaks in the press, information about criminal cases remains extremely scarce: materials and court hearings are declassified, the defendants and their lawyers are connected by the subscription, the detainees complain of abuse and the use of violence.

At the same time, following the logic of the FSB, you can accuse anyone in an anti -government conspiracy today and any activity can be interpreted as “terrorist”. In a series of similar ones- the detention of the Petersburger Evgeny Efimov, who, according to the FSB, at the age of 18, was headed by a Petersburg cell ISIS ( a terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation. - Ed . ) And was going to blow up the Isaac's Cathedral. The St. Petersburg human rights activist Dinar Idrisov suggested that on the eve of the presidential election, a wave of operational events can cover all anti -fascists and activists, which are contained in the ED center. On January 30, participants in the public movements of the RSD, the Left Bloc, the "Sutsalternative" held a series of single pickets in defense of the "Penza anti -fascists" near the FSB building in Moscow. The very next day, the apartment of one of the participants in the action, journalist Pavel Nikulin, was searched. Then he was taken to the FSB for interrogation. Meanwhile, the Autonomous Action Anarchist site warned its readers who had contacts with Arman Sagynbaev about possible detentions: “Everyone who supported acquaintance with this person may be at risk today.”
