An interesting trend: prosecutors from different regions try to catch the same sites offering “sanctions” goods through the courts through the courts.

The fact of the next mass blocking of domains or individual pages of online stores that sell products from countries that fell under the so-called “antisanctions” has been discovered. In these locks, it is interesting that the pages were included in the register of prohibited sites with a great delay after making court decisions on them, plus the “hunt” for them took place in completely different regions of Russia. According to some sites, Roskomsvoboda discovered two decisions of different ships at once, while others, as a rule, were considered on the complaint of regional prosecutors “packages” on several sites at once.

For example, the 1fin-market.ru website was completely blocked by decision No. 2-38/2017 by the Kulebak City Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region on January 11 of last year and a decision No. 2A-4091/2017 of the Oktyabrsky District Court of the city of Belgorod. However, in the register of prohibited “first market of goods from Finland”, he was entered just the other day, according to decision No. 2-5864/2017 of the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg for May 4 last year: last year:

As a result, the court decided the statement of the Prosecutor of the Primorsky District of St. Petersburg “in defense of the interests of an indefinite circle of persons about the recognition of information distributed through the Internet, which is prohibited in the Russian Federation to satisfy” with all the ensuing consequences in the form of a blocked domain.
