One of the leaders of the Tatar National Movement Rafis Kashapov, who was released from the colony after a three -year period in the case of extremism and separatism, emigrated from Russia. He reported this on Sunday evening at his FB page.
On January 31, Kashapov explained, he received a copy of the management claim at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Naberezhnye Chelny with a request to establish administrative supervision for him for a period of three years from the date of release - until December 27, 2020. The consideration of the claim should take place on Wednesday in the Naberezhnye City Court.
"Based on the fact that in modern Russia an independent judicial system is completely absent, and the rights of human and citizen are absolutely protruding by the authorities, I perceive the lawsuit to establish administrative restrictions on me not only as depriving me of the possibility of a full -blooded life in all its manifestations, including social activities, but also as a preliminary action on the path of the next deprivation of my liberty," the activist said.
The emigrant added that he instructed his lawyers to take part in the hearings on February 7.
“May Allah keep you, brother!” Commented on the publication of a prominent Tatar activist, writer Fausia Bayramova, previously condemned conditionally on extremism. “They have long hands, be careful.”
Now 59-year-old Kashapov is in Kyiv. On Sunday, he met with the Crimean Tatar figures: the national leader Mustafa Dzhemilev, chairman of the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov, his deputy Ilmi Umirov and the editor -in -chief of QHA, a member of the Majama Gayana Yuksel.
Whether the activist intends to settle in Ukraine, he did not specify. His twin brother, the famous social activist Nafis Kashapov, has been living in exile in Warsaw since 2005. In March 2015, shortly after the arrest of her brother in the last case, Poland provided Nafis Kashapov Political asylum.
In August last year, the Tatar Islamic activist and human rights activist Ilmir Imayev emigrated to Ukraine. A month earlier, he freed himself from the colony, having served a period of three and a half years in the Hizb Ut-Tahrir case.
After the release of Kashapov, he told Idel. REALIAM that he was previously offered to leave and seek asylum in a number of countries, including the USA, Canada, Poland, Spain, Turkey, Japan, and Australia.
The activist was convicted of part 1 of Article 282 (excitement of hatred or enmity) and part 2 of Article 280.1 of the Criminal Code (public calls for separatism via the Internet) for publishing three texts and one demotivator with criticism of Russia's annexation in the Donbass. He served the term in the IK-19 general regime in the village of Belgop in the line of Ukhta, Komi. There, a lot of penalties were imposed on him on far -fetched reasons. In April 2016 - April 2017, the Politsyk left for a year in the EPT (internal prison) IK -31 of a strict regime in the city of Mikun.
The FSINESS, as now the police, also sought Kashapov’s premises for administrative supervision, and for five years. On July 11, 2017, the judge of the Ukhta City Court Svetlana Novoselova partially satisfied the application of the IK-19, appointing Politsyk three years of supervision of the exit from the colony. However, on October 5, at the hearing on the appeal of Kashapov, the representative of the IK-19 abandoned his claim, and the judge of the Komi Supreme Court Svetlana Vdovichenko canceled the decision on supervision .
