The court of the city of Goryachiy Klyuch in the Krasnodar Territory twice arrested pensioner Raisa Pogodaeva for a video with a swastika. It is reported by OVD-Info with reference to Pogodaeva herself.
Pogodaeva, 50, reposted on her VKontakte page a video by Krasnodar blogger Leonid Kudinov showing several swastika collages. In October 2017, the court found the pensioner guilty of publicly displaying Nazi symbols. The woman was arrested for 10 days, reported the Caucasian Knot . OVD-Info writes that she was "put in a special detention center for a month."
In January 2018, Pogodaeva posted on VKontakte a post about the reasons for her arrest, and added a link to the video that led to her arrest. After that, the pensioner was re-convicted for demonstrating Nazi symbols. On January 23, she received 10 days of arrest.
“The whole of December, everyone wrote to me in a personal. I have 1400 VKontakte friends. Everyone asked what I was doing. Well, I’m tired of answering everyone and decided to write on the wall for everyone to see,” said Raisa Pogodaeva.
