In the Samara region, a six-year-old boy was charged with six abductors

Investigators of the Samara region charged six defendants in a criminal case of an attack on a young mother and the abduction of her son. In the future, extortionists demanded a ransom for the release of a young child.

A criminal punishment for this crime threatens four local residents and two visitors from near abroad. "At the request of the investigator, the court in relation to the accused was chosen by a preventive measure in the form of detention," the official website of the regional department of the IC of the Russian Federation reports.

According to investigators, on January 24, 2018, at about 07:30, the accused by the car drove up to one of the entrances of the house located on Mostovoy Street in Kinel of the Samara Region. When a woman with a four -year -old child left the apartment, one of the accused began to keep her in the entrance, and the other attackers seized the victim’s son. They put the baby in the Lada Priora car and took them to Samara "in order to further keep the child before receiving the ransom for his release." Attackers demanded two million rubles.

For several hours, law enforcement officers managed to calculate the extortionists and detain them. Employees of the Department for Combating the Crime Department of the Criminal Investigation of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Samara Region, Officers of the Omega Department of the Federal Guard Department, participated in the operation to capture the child’s capture.

"The boy was discovered in the Kirov district of the city of Samara and transferred to his mother," the RF IC noted.

The detainees are accused of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30, p. "A, d, s" part 2 of Art. 126 ("Entertainment for the abduction of a person committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, in relation to a knowingly minor of selfish motives"), paragraphs "a, d, s" part 2 of Art. 126 ("The abduction of a person committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy in relation to a deliberately minor of selfish motives").

The investigation is conducted by employees of the third department for the investigation of especially important cases of the regional department of the IC of the Russian Federation. “All the necessary initial forensic examinations have been appointed,” the department concluded.

Earlier, the Terra television and radio company reported that a previously convicted man and two of his accomplices were detained as part of the investigation. And the organizer of the abduction of the child was a prisoner, who was currently serving a sentence.
