Travnikov told the president about the development of the region

The acting governor of the Novosibirsk Region Andrei Travnikov accompanies Russian President Vladimir Putin during a visit to Akademgorodok. The head of the region told him about the development of the territory.

“The head of the region reported to the President of Russia about the socio-economic situation in the Novosibirsk region, the prospects for the development of the region and priority projects,” the press service of the regional government on February 8 said.

The acting governor also took part in the meeting of the President of Russia with the scientists of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The event was held at the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics.

In addition, Andrei Travnikov will take part in a meeting of the Council on Science and Education under the chairmanship of Vladimir Putin. At the meeting, it is planned to discuss the main tasks and prospects for the development of the industry, as well as the key areas of international scientific and technical cooperation.
