Roskomnadzor demanded that Mediazona remove photos from the news about Alexei Navalny's investigation about businessman Oleg Deripaska, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Prikhodko and model Nastya Rybka. The same letter was received by Radio Liberty .
As stated in the notification of Roskomnadzor, on February 9, the Ust-Labinsky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory decided that the address of the news contains “private photographs and videos with images, as well as other personal information without the direct or indirect consent of the citizen, violating the rights to the image, the confidentiality of personal data and privacy."
The court ruled the next day after the publication of the news. It contains a photograph with Deripaska and Prikhodko on a yacht and a photograph of Alexei Navalny with Rybka's book about seducing an oligarch.
