The prosecutor's office of the Central District of St. Petersburg approved the indictment in the case of the head of the hospital named after Gaaza FSIN of Russia Dmitry Ivanov. He is charged with negligence (part 1 of article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to the investigation, he "did not organize and did not control the appointment and conduct of special treatment of cancer from Ekaterina Nusalova, as a result of which she did not receive proper help and died."

Consideration of a criminal case against a gynecologist accused of the death of a woman in labor. When, in February 2016, the obstetrician-gynecologist of the Tungokochensky Central District Hospital Irina Filippova made a cesarean section of the 28-year-old Elena Poddubetskoy, she did not apply her knowledge in medicine and did not find out the clinical state of health of the woman in labor. As a result, the woman died, the newborn remained alive.
In Chita, the spouses of the Gantimurovs ask the court to recover 2.5 million rubles in compensation for non -pecuniary damage for improper medical care, provided in the perinatal center and the city hospital. As a result of poor -quality observation of the course of pregnancy, as well as the conduct of defective birth on April 11, 2017, their daughter was harmful to health. On May 20, 2017, she died in the hospital.

Consideration of a woman’s lawsuit against the Nurlatian Central District Hospital for the death of a 2-year-old daughter. In July 2016, the head of the Pediatric Department of the Nurlatian Central District Hospital, Rezeda Yunusov, without carrying out mandatory procedures, incorrectly appreciated the severity of the condition of the two -year -old child, did not transfer the patient under the supervision of the doctor on duty, left the workplace, as a result of which the girl did not provide medical care for 15 hours.
The Kirovsky District Court of Kazan found the former nurse Svetlana Valishin guilty of the death of the Russian Railway driver (part 2 of article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and sentenced her to restrict freedom for a period of two years. Earlier, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow recovered 200 thousand rubles from the hospital in favor of the parents of the deceased.
The court recovered 800 thousand rubles with the Agryzsk Central District Hospital in favor of the wife and three young children of the deceased patient Alexander Bondar. The medical facility is obliged to pay each of the plaintiffs 200 thousand rubles as compensation for non -pecuniary damage.
In November 2016, for fifteen days, the surgeon of the Agriculture Central District Hospital Vyacheslav Tubilov, knowing about the serious condition of the patient, did not inspect him, did not prescribe and did not conduct him, did not perform daily bypasses with colleagues. Although there were absolute indications for the operation, I did not take measures for its implementation. As a result, the patient died of peptic ulcer of the stomach, complicated by massive blood loss.
