Roskomnadzor referred to the decision of the Ust-Labinsky District Court, adopted on the same day; The court decided that the published pictures violate the “rights to the image, confidentiality of personal data and the inviolability of private life”. Access to these addresses is not yet limited - the law gives the owners of sites for a day for the voluntary deletion of prohibited information from the moment of receipt of the notification. What kind of information from the investigations was prohibited by the court is unknown. There is no information about the case on the website of the Ust-Labinsky court at the time of publication of the article.

Update. The representative of Oleg Deripaska said that the court decision was made as part of a businessman’s claim for Nasta Rybka due to the publication of his private photographs, records of his vote and video with him.

The head of Roskomnadzor, Alexander Zharov, told RBC that the court ordered the department to take interim measures, that is, immediately demand from the owners of the sites to remove the prohibited information. “Now, in accordance with the time specified in the law, we are waiting for the actions of these resources. And then we will act in accordance with the law, ”he said.
