Volunteer of the St. Petersburg headquarters of Navalny Vladislav Kornyushenko, who was detained on the night of February 10, was fined under Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism) for 500 rubles. This was reported to OVD-Info by Victoria Menshikova.
After Kornyushenko was released from the police at about 4 am, this morning, in accordance with the obligation to appear, he again came to the police. There he was presented with a decision to impose a fine on him for petty hooliganism, and also drew up a protocol under Art. 5.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (illegal distribution of campaign materials).
During the detention, Kornyushenko's hands were tightly handcuffed, which left marks on his hands. He recorded them in the emergency room, and today a telephone message came to the police from there, and the police had to write explanations about what happened at night
On the night of February 10, Kornyushenko was detained in St. Petersburg on Khasanskaya Street. His car was stopped by a traffic police squad, and later operatives in civilian clothes arrived.
