Dmitry Klepikov, a member of the Libertarian Party of Russia, was detained in the village of Molodi. This was reported to OVD-Info by another member of the party, Kirill Samodurov.

According to Samodurov, a criminal case has been opened against Klepikov in connection with a post on a social network. The article in question is still unknown.

Now Klepikov is being taken to the Smolensk region to the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Smolensk region.
