The court in Yekaterinburg recognized Julia of the Savinovsky man, and her marriage was the same -sex. On this basis, the family refused to return adoptive children, lawyer Pavel Chikov reports.

According to the court, the Savinovskys try on the social role of a man and consists in marriage with a man. From this, the judge concluded that the marriage of Julia Savinovsky and her husband Yevgeny Sokolov is same -sex.

Earlier, the court in Yekaterinburg refused to recognize the deprivation of Julia Savinovsky custody of two adopted sons illegal.

Children were taken from Julia Savinovsky at the end of August. This happened after she, due to health problems, had an operation to remove her chest. Before Savinovsky’s operation, a blog on behalf of a fictitious transgender, who is preparing to change the floor, led to the Savinovsky operation. The removal of children from a resident of Yekaterinburg in the regional Ministry of Social Policy explained by some "contradictions" between the interests of children and the guardian. What exactly they consist, neither the court of first instance, nor guardianship, nor the ministry specified.

Savinovsky declared a hunger strike in protest against the seizure of her two adopted children.
