The publication Znak.com filed a lawsuit with the Tagansky District Court of Moscow with a request to recognize as illegal the actions of Roskomnadzor, which included the URL of the publication of Navalny’s investigation about Oleg Deripaska and Nastya Rybka into the register of information prohibited for dissemination in Russia. This was reported in the publication’s telegram channel. The plaintiffs also asked to oblige Roskomnadzor to exclude the news from the register.

Roskomnadzor sent a demand to Znak to remove photographs, videos and “other personal information” from publications about Deripaska on February 10.
