Last Sunday in Simferopol, the FSB detained a citizen of Ukraine Konstantin Davydenko. “The specified person purposefully collected and transmitted to the special services of Ukraine the consisting of the state secret of information about the activities of units and formations of the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation and in relation to the employees of the Federal Security Service, the leak of which could damage the security of the state,” the FSB said.

A criminal case under Art. 276 of the Criminal Code "Spying". The maximum sanction is 12 years in prison. During the interrogation, the detainee confessed: “He came to the Crimea on the instructions of the SBU in order to collect information from a person who is called Vitaly.”

The “spy” was transported from Simferopol to Moscow, where he was arrested for two months and placed in the Lefortovo pre -trial detention center.

Davydenko’s biography does not give any attitude to espionage and military service. Friends characterize Konstantin as a person with a mild character.

“He worked as an appraiser in the Donetsk-Eastern Broker Trading House,” says a detainee’s colleague. - This is the company of his father, which is located in Shakhtersk ( the city is under the control of "DPR" . - I.Zh. ). In 2014, Konstantin left for Kharkov. He escaped from the war. There he headed a branch of his father's company. He talked about his trips to Crimea with admiration. He had many orders from Crimea, evaluated some assets.
