In Novosibirsk, the court dismissed the administrative case against a volunteer of Navalny’s headquarters

The Central District Court of Novosibirsk dismissed the administrative case against Albert Rayanov, a volunteer at the local strike headquarters of Alexei Navalny. This was reported in the group "Team Navalny|Novosibirsk" in "VKontakte".

The activist was charged with Part 8 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation by the organizers of the procedure for holding a public event).

During the arrest, a protocol was also drawn up against Rayanov under Part 1 of Art. 5.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (illegal production and distribution of campaign materials), consideration of this administrative case will be held on February 14.

The headquarters volunteer was detained on February 11 at an agreed picket in support of the boycott of the presidential elections. The mayor's office representative, who was present at the event, decided that the picket did not meet the stated goals. Rayanov was kept overnight at the police station until the hearing, but the next day the court postponed the hearing of the case to February 13.
