The initiative group submitted a notification to the picket to the City Hall of Novosibirsk within the time limit. However, today the representative of the municipality on the spot stated that the picket permits (despite the fact that the action is declarative rather than permits) did not issue the city authorities. Therefore, activists had to limit themselves to single pickets.

In the public reception of the Envoy, the picketers officially accepted the papers, proving, in their opinion, the illegality of logging, and promised to answer within the deadline established by law.
