An administrative case was opened against the organizer of the rally for clear skies

The organizer of the rally "For a Clear Sky" in Krasnoyarsk, Tatyana Protsykova, was charged with an administrative case for an uncoordinated public rally (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported on the website "Siberia. Realities".

According to Protsykova, immediately after the end of the rally on February 12, a district police officer started calling her. He invited the woman to come to the police to give an explanation. Protsykova agreed to do this and told the policeman that she did not consider the past event a rally and simply expressed her disagreement with environmental pollution in the city. During a meeting with the district police officer, the woman noticed that he had a file of printed screenshots from her pages on various social networks.

Later, the district police officer contacted Protsykova again and told her to come to the police in order to sign a protocol on the commission of an administrative offense by her. According to the police, after that the case will be taken to court.

The woman was also summoned to the Investigative Committee as a witness because one of the participants in the event allegedly insulted the Minister of Ecology of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Protsykova refused to testify without an official subpoena.

Since the beginning of the year, Krasnoyarsk has introduced a “black sky mode” for the seventh time — a list of recommendations for local residents in connection with serious air pollution. Residents are advised to leave the city, and if this is not possible, go out less, do not ventilate the premises, wash floors more often, clear their throats and noses with saline.
