This became known during the audit of the regional prosecutor's office for the supervision of compliance with laws in correctional institutions. The department reported that the convicted person was transferred to the medical institution for treatment.

Employees of the department believe that there were no grounds for using special tools in this case. In addition, handcuffs prevented the fully conducting medical examinations. All the time, while the patient was in the hospital, he was chained to a sleeping place. The prosecutor's office promises to accept “appropriate response measures”.
