The Simferopol District Court of the annexed Crimea extended the defendant of the case of Extremism Ismail Ramazanov, the term of detention in the pre -trial detention center for a month - until March 18. This was reported by "Crimea. Realities."
Aleksey Ladin’s lawyer, representing the interests of Politzek, at the hearing indicated that the investigator of the district department of the Investigative Committee of Alisa Glukhov did not bring Ramazanov to Ramazanov within 10 days from the moment the Russian Code of Criminal Procedure demands. Therefore, according to part 1 of Article 100 of the Code (the election of a preventive measure in relation to the suspect), the content of Ramazanov in the pre -trial detention center after this period is in principle illegal.
However, the judge, whose name is not specified in the publication, ignored this circumstance.
The prosecutor, supporting the request of the Investigative Committee, indicated in particular in the presence of a Ukrainian passport from the political prisoner. It was claimed, having such a passport and being outside the pre -trial detention center, Ramazanov may hide.
Meanwhile, it was previously reported that Ukrainian documents were seized from a political station during a search.
The 31-year-old Muslim Ramazanov, a resident of the village of New World, was detained on the morning of January 23 at the end of a search in his house, which began at night. After the detention, the security forces from the FSB repeatedly subjected the Crimean to beatings. The next day, the judge of the Simferopol district court, Irina Kirillova, sent the detainee to the pre -trial detention center .
Part 1 of Article 282 of the Russian Criminal Code (excitement of national and religious hatred or enmity), which provides for from 2 to 5 years of the colony, was imputed Ramazanov. According to the plot of the case, in September - October last year, Crimean conducted extremist propaganda through the Zello Internet.
The only evidence of the investigation at the time of Ramazanov’s arrest was the conclusion of a linguistic study conducted by the FSB expert Vinogradov. Meanwhile, the Politzek denies that the statements appearing in the case belong to him. In addition, although during a search of the Crimean, a mobile phone and a tablet were seized, no evidence that Ramazanov launched Zello on these devices, the investigator Glukhov did not.
As the Crimean Solidarity notes , for the incomplete month, which has since passed, the new evidence against Ramazanov did not appear in the case.
