A meeting with a regular participant in almost all presidential elections, a candidate in the 2018 President from Yabloko Party Grigory Yavlinsky took place at the Moscow Hotel film center-a place in an inexpensive place, for 400 seats, but as if in the city center, near the Alexander Neva Lavra. And as if a specially advertising video of the event began with a series of images of church lords and saints who smoothly flowed into photographs of Russian reformers of the last two centuries. Sakharov, Yavlinsky himself rose to the stage of a large photo of Andrei Sakharov, to the solemn sounds of a potpourri from Russian musical classics.
“For 5 years, economic growth has stopped in our country! - Grigory Alekseevich began in a tragic voice. - The economic system has exhausted its potential, this has already been, and one must not allow this to happen again. And what will happen on March 18 is very serious - Putin, along with his system, has exhausted himself completely, the country in a very serious position. ” Yavlinsky was true to himself: we must spend money on medicine, and not on Assada, to fight poverty, each citizen is a separate housing, etc. However, mostly sympathy gathered in the hall: the audience listened with a stink and interrupted the speech of the leader with applause.
“Why are you writing this on a recorder? - the neighbor revived on the left. - I’ve been listening to him for twenty years, even then he said that, have you forgotten? ” To the clarifying question, why then come to this hall, if nothing new sounds here, the admirer of Yavlinsky replied: “What if he says something unexpected?” And he sent another note to the stage.
“Why are you writing this on a recorder? - the neighbor revived on the left. - I’ve been listening to him for twenty years, even then he said that, have you forgotten? ”
“Today's policy of Putin brought the country to isolation,” Yavlinsky continued, meanwhile. - We are losing so much annually! Our country should normalize relations with Europe, with Ukraine - we still have the opportunity to normalize it. ” To the question of the correspondent NT - whether he will deal with the facts of torture and beatings in the police who have recently survived in St. Petersburg, Yavlinsky answered as streamlined as possible: “When I was a deputy of the St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly, I introduced a bill protecting the rights of citizens, which involved a video of all contacts of a citizen with a law enforcement officer,” he said. - I developed a whole scheme, which was supposed to exclude torture, bullying. That's when I become the president, this will be my most important task! "
When asked about the death of mercenaries in Syria, Yavlinsky said that two days ago he officially turned to Putin demanding that he had happened in Syria, but had not yet received a clear answer
But when the NT correspondent persistently demanded that the bright tomorrow, but about the real today, Yavlinsky said that he was just discussing the situation with the torture and bullying of the police with the Petersburg Ombudsman Alexander Shishlov. And he promised to achieve verification of facts and punishment of the perpetrators through the prosecutor's office.
When asked about the death of the mercenaries of the Wagner PMC in Syria, Yavlinsky said that two days ago he officially turned to Putin with a demand to answer what happened in Syria, whether there were really a lot of Russians, whether there was a direct collision with the states, but had not yet received an intelligible answer.

Once St. Petersburg was called the "apple" capital. In 1998, the majority of Yabloko almost received the majority in the city parliament, its representatives worked in the team of Governor Vladimir Yakovlev, and the main of them-the many years (since 2004) FAS Igor Artemyev, was the first vice-governor and headed the finance committee. The Yabloko for a long time remained the leading opposition force in the city. With the exception of one convocation, it had and still has its own faction in the city parliament. However, the entire history of the Petersburg “Yabloko” was split until completely split.
From the very beginning, the party in the St. Petersburg branch of the party had two factions - the young Yablok, who was headed by Artemyev, and less young, led by the Democrat of the first wave, university teacher and deputy Mikhail Amosov. In 2004, having lost the Duma elections, Artemyev headed the FAS and went to Moscow, leaving Maxim Reznik instead. In the intra -party struggle with the Reznik, Amosov relied on Yavlinsky and his comrade, the tireless apple journalist Boris Vishnevsky. Reznik quickly won glasses as a bright speaker and leader of street protest. In 2011, Yabloko achieved impressive success in the elections to the city parliament - 12.5%, which gave parties 6 seats. They shared equally between the "Amosovsky" and "Reznikovsky", while in the "Amosov" part there was Yavlinsky himself, who headed the list of the party in the elections and did not abandon the mandate after the victory. Immediately after the Reznik elections, the elections were accused of "conspiracy with falsifiers".
The scandal lasted almost a year and was bright. At the end of 2012, Reznik and all his friends were expelled from the party. The Yabloko faction split exactly in half. And after the autumn elections of 2016, Yabloko had only two places in Zaks. They were occupied by Mikhail Amosov and Boris Vishnevsky. But it was not possible to preserve the monolist of the ranks: at the beginning of the next year, Amosov was removed from the post of head of the St. Petersburg branch of the party. Since the conspirators could not choose their chairman (Amosov controlled most of the delegates of the party conference), the entire leadership of the St. Petersburg branch of the party was dissolved by decision of Moscow. And he is still in such a status.
"They ask me why you are not attracting Schlosberg?" - Grigory Alekseevich read with the expression. And he answered briefly and confidently: "We attract, how else!" And moved to the next note

But local schisms were not interested in the local public - they asked why the most vivid of the federal party leaders, the Pskov apple tree Lev Schlosberg, was almost not involved in the current presidential campaign. "They ask me why you are not attracting Schlosberg?" - Grigory Alekseevich read with the expression. And he answered briefly and confidently: "We attract, how else!" And he moved to the next note. The neighbor who sent this note disappointedly pulled on his jacket and trudged to the exit. And from the scene he followed: when I become the president, I will seek the lifting of sanctions and make people in the Crimea live calmly so that the state corporations pay a fee to the Pension Fund.
However, the flow of promises did not last long. “Gentlemen, thank you for coming, Grigory Alekseevich needs to be in time for a plane!” - They said goodbye to that.
