Oleg Deripaska plans to leave the post of president in En + Group and Rusal controlled by him, Kommersant writes , citing sources. According to the publication, Deripska will remain on the boards of directors of companies as a non-executive director. Maxim Sokov, the current CEO of En+, will become the president of Rusal, Vladislav Solovyov, who will also take the post of CEO of En+ instead of Sokov, having ceded the chair of Rusal's CEO to its CFO Alexandra Buriko.
Oleg Deripaska became president of En+ in 2013 and Rusal in 2014. The businessman directly headed Rusal from 2000–2003 and later took over again in 2009.
