We found Andrei through common acquaintances, and he agreed to be our guide on this story. Andrei is one of the "elders", which teenagers are talking about with a delighted aspiration. In the youth criminal subculture, such as it is the most mysterious figures, the role of which is not fully known to anyone except themselves. For adolescents, they serve as a kind of buffer between the will and the “zone”, solve the conflicts that have arisen and coordinate the very collections for “GREV”-requisitions in schools and courtyards. Andrei himself recently freed himself - he served five years for the fact that he had scored a new boyfriend of his mother, who raised his hand to him for “educational purposes”. He got into the colony at sixteen.

“Has the city changed a lot while you were not?” - I'm trying to support a secular conversation on the way.

- No. Only housing complexes and shopping centers were built. And activists divorced unremarkly ...

- Whom?

- Well, these, voluntary assistants, volunteers are also called ...

We go around the jubilee microdistrict along the very edge, we go along the ring road that groaning it - it does not even have its own name, no matter how much you look at the map in the smartphone. Inside the ring is the usual sleeping area of ​​Irkutsk. Previously, they came to it from the outside only for the sake of hospitals - on a far from the city, behind the ring, there are a regional clinical and regional psychiatric hospitals. You can’t call it the most criminogenic region of the city, and the police statistics refute this - to get the head in the dark with an equal opportunity in any area of ​​the regional center.

I follow Andrei along a narrow path in lush snow:

The director of school No. 4 Albina Alekseeva also knows little. He meets us unfriendly, but does not refuse to speak, the version confirms:

- Both boys are not ours. The dead is an orphanage child, he attended school No. 46, and the killer from the seventh auxiliary school on Mukhina Street.

“Orphanage on the Mountain” is a boarding school on the border between the city and the anniversary. Both schools are in the same place, “on the mountain”, on one street, only two quarters share them.

According to her, on December 18, at half past ten in the evening the director called the director and said: "Albina Viktorovna, we have a murder." The watchman herself learned about this from the police outfit, who asked to raise the barrier to travel to the territory. The director ran to the stadium, saw the body lying on the ice, but the police officers politely asked her to be removed: "You have nothing to do here, we understand." She knows about what happened at her stadium only from stories:

- I only know that by ear - even law enforcement agencies did not come to me. They interviewed the administration of the orphanage - why was the child at 21.30 at my stadium? And the situation turned out to be very simple: two difficult teenagers quarreled, one is mentally retarded, the second - just dysfunctional. The orphanage insulted the second, humiliated him, called him “a rooster”, succumbed to him. Ruslan and pulled out a knife. You yourself understand how it looks in the eyes of other boys.

- Do you know the killer?

- Only firsthand. We have our own dysfunctional boy, constantly escapes from lessons. They said that he talked with Ruslan, who lived with his grandfather and studied at an auxiliary school. Unfortunate children who do not live, but survive ...

At the stadium, Andrei nods at a teenage girl standing in the distance, a “box” was ahead of the side:

- Come on, they are waiting for us ...

He promised to find an eyewitness to the murder, but the witness was found only indirect. Nastya moves from foot to foot and, answering my questions, looks only at Andrei. She saw what happened from the kitchen window. All the guys knew each other well, five or six people gathered on the ice, they seemed to just communicate.

“Everything happened very quickly,” says Nastya. - Rusik withdrew this kid aside, they moved away, and he immediately hit him with a knife several times in his chest ...

The Investigative Committee claims that these two were not friends. The director of school No. 4 is sure that the victim has humiliated his killer. Nastya talks about this completely differently:

- Then I talked with the boys. There was no conflict. He really called Rusik a “rooster”, but it was, as it were by accident, it fell into a joke: “Are you a rooster or what?” Rusik and recalled him to figure it out. They were not the best friends, but they knew each other well, often talked. The rest did not understand anything - the two went away, the rest only turned away, and one is already lying on ice ...

The basics of thieves' romance

We are sitting with Andrei in a shopping center - just in one of those that appeared in the city while he was in conclusion: “When they took me away, only the swamp was cleaned under the pit,” says Andrei. In the cafe is empty, behind the wall, in the gaming room, children are fought, and my interlocutor everybody talks about some parallel and terrible reality of modern teenagers.

- When I was taken away, I studied at school. Then, if they raked a trifle from pockets, there was no word for AUE. And now ... The other day my mother asked me to go to the younger sister at the parent meeting. I am sitting and two mothers. One asks: “How much money can be collected for school, my son asks twice a week, I don’t get so much.” The teacher says to her: "Yes, we have not collected anything for six months!" And mom answers her: “And what kind of“ AU ”the son asks for money then?!”

He recalls that he heard the abbreviation itself when he studied in the sixth grade, in the mid-2000s. But then “they didn’t immediately voce for the camps,” says Andrei - no one said openly that the money would go to the zone. And only in conclusion he learned that AUE is an internal phenomenon in correctional colonies, which has little to do with life in the wild. Even this abbreviation is deciphered on different sides of barbed wire in different ways :

- Here they decipher the "prisoner of one", and there - the "destiny." They also decipher as the "prisoner Urkagan unity", that is, thieves and decent. And judge for himself, as a person can speak for prisoners if he was not there? This could be conveyed only at the level of idea. And there they explained to me that the man’s destiny is to observe traditions and honor the thieves.

As Andrei explains, in the camp, a decent prisoner who is striving to live according to the way, must observe “basics” - 17 points, which he should not allow in life. The way is written by thieves, and the basics are the own rules of life of prisoners living in the "family". These are completely household rules: “Do not show a showdown“ under the blue ””, “Do not raise your hand on a family member” ...

- Younger and AUE are different things. In the wild, boys simply like thieves' themes, thieves romance. If they communicate with someone from that world, imbued with an idea, they once say: “There people suffer, we must help,” says Andrey. - At the same time, the kid knows that he sent money to “general” and, if he has problems, he can call the “senior”, they will “harness” for him, “pull the ointment”. I think the majority give money because of this, they say, I'm cool, I have, if anything, I have a "really." After all, as it usually happens? There was some kind of “Rams” or “Ters” between the boys (disassembly, conflict- TD ). First of all, they find out - “Do you communicate with the camps? Do you help "general"? " If so, then you are cool, and you need to talk respectfully with such a person.

- And if two such figures approach the teenager, they “withdraw” money “to the rescue” and go forever?

- No, not so. Usually delayed how? “You help, and we will always be next, if the problems are noise, we are in touch, we will drive up at any time.”

- And how do you know, they collect on AUI, or are they shaking their ice cream from youngsters?

- It happens. But in a vulnerable one you need to show interest, ask: “To whom you are helping, which camp, who specifically, now we will call, we will find out for it.” If an ordinary gopnik came up to you, he begins to move out of the topic - “Now, wait, I will find the number” ... There are those who collect money and lower themselves. But this is wrong, and if the boys find out, they will ask them, and they themselves will pay - no longer on conscience, how much they can, but as much as they say.

- What does it mean - “according to conscience”? I thought to everyone who helps on AUE set some specific amount.

- No, in life it is wrong to draw a framework for a person. Frames are not human. But if you yourself are indicated - for example, I will bring a thousand, here, please, correspond. I can’t say, they say, bring a thousand to help - it turns out, I’m already extorting him, - Andrei is thinking and recovering for a second. - But this is coming from the camps, extortion is not welcome there , help should go from the heart. And here, I look, they can indicate any figure, and they see nothing dumb of it. You see, in the camp they can present this so that a person will give himself with hunting, and in the wild they prefer to just put pressure somewhere.

“But this money really goes to the aid of the camps?” How is it organized?

- “Elders”, who communicate with the camps, always keep youngsters near them. For example, you need to pay lawyers. This is “let the punks” - you need to collect fifty thousand for a lawyer. The movement begins, who steals, who begs, who stands at the station. And so, with the world along the thread ...

- How widespread by the will of the real AUE among adolescents? What is in the head of those who run around the Irkutsk entrances and writes Aue on the walls?

- It seems to me that the real Aue is common only among those who really visited there. They felt the waders, the insulators where they suffer, they shed blood. And here they will read more on the Internet and begin: “Oh, AUE - it's cool, I will be too. I’ll go to draw in the entrances. ” It is necessary to spread the idea correctly, to explain - there is nothing wrong with that. Pulling money by force is wrong. And to draw ... I don’t see anything reprehensible, there is only one pampering.

But adolescence "pampering" cannot lead to real murders.

"We do not say a word of three letters ..."

In the office of the Public Fund "Juvent", since 2000, who has been in socialization of difficult, dysfunctional and convicted adolescents, the home atmosphere reigns. In the middle of a large cabinet there is a table with tea and cookies, in the corner, in a stroller, a squeak - the president of the Foundation Marianna Sadovnikova recently gave birth.

- We began to work in the Angarsk colony for minors, in fact - from the end of the chain. Later, they began to work with convicts without isolation from society, with those who are in the investigative insulator, with adolescents registered with minors, ”says Marianna Nikolaevna. - There are already preschoolers registered. Ten years ago there was no such horror.

Many of the experts I interviewed claim that in Irkutsk, the fashion in AUI came from the Angarsk colony. It contains convicted adolescents from the entire region of Eastern Siberia - in addition to the Irkutsk region, this is Buryatia, the Trans -Baikal Territory and the Chita region. And the first mention of the mass origin of youth criminal groups professing the ideology of AUE is attributed to Chita. They keep in a colony separately and live according to their own “concepts”.

- And when did you first hear this abbreviation - AUE?

“We do not call her out loud,” Marianna Nikolaevna answers sharply. - We say - a word of three letters.

Employees of Juvents began to celebrate the massive introduction of the idea of ​​AUE only in the early-mid-2010s. The seedlings, according to them, became socio-rehabilitation centers (SRC) for minors left without parental care. Then these three letters appeared - the children "collected on AUI." Children of 10-15 years old began to come in the SRC with their criminal specialization-some torn hats and chains, others climbed the windows, others stole from the shelves, pulled out the car radio. Fifteen -year -olds could recruit youngsters right in the walls of the center, among them they immediately distributed places of fishing in the nearest quarters. The participation of children eight to nine years old is recorded in the “thieves' course”.

The system has not changed since then. There are “old people” who have passed the zones or are still in them. They have no business with youngsters, receiving only “dividends”. Those are subordinate to the "senior" who work in distributed areas of the city or even in specific schools.

- We heard about cases when on September 1, children come to classes and ask - "Who will be looking at the school this year?" - says Marianna Sadovnikova. “Elders” are young people of 20-25 years old, who gather a small punks from dysfunctional families around them and introduce not so much the “thieves' idea” as the concept of a family, a circle, and fraternity into their heads.

- You see, there are no fixed amounts and fixed dates when they need to be made. Children do not like duties. But they are made to understand - the more you bring, the more valuable you are for the "family", the higher your authority. These three letters replace the children with a family, they give love, a sense of care and security that they are deprived of, and the saturation of this love is impossible, it needs more and more. And they will do everything to receive it, ”they say in Juvent. - It is very important for children to understand your place in this world. The world of adults is incomprehensible and unpleasant, they are not accepted there, adults always lack time, they are always busy. And in this circle everything is clear and understandable. They understand this hierarchy, know how to advance up this ladder, they are clear prospects.

What is common between Ruslan, his victim and the "elder" Andrei familiar to us? All three are from incomplete families. Juventing claims - up to 75% of convicted minors were brought up by mothers and grandmothers. In the remaining quarter of cases, the majority was brought up by stepfather. AUE gives not just the illusion of a family - it creates the image of a collective “father”, a strong and fair authority, which they are deprived of in real life.

In the zero, street children were responsive to any help and willingly accepted it, they say in the fund. Moreover, then adolescents were free in their choice of life path - to stay at the bottom or accept the help of the state and social activists and rise. Now, they are sure of Juvent, this choice does not even have domestic children whose parents are bought away from children with gifts, but are not at all interested in their lives. — Он живет с дедом, Сергеем Сергеевичем, не здесь, в другой части Юбилейного. Мы вообще с ними не общаемся. У Руслана умерла мама, и он ушел к деду на опеку. А дед — это, на самом деле, родственник свекрови, седьмая вода на киселе. Так что про Руслана ничего не знаем, мы его не видели много лет…

Зато дали адрес деда Сергея. Пройдя несколько кварталов, я упираюсь в нужный дом, начинаю обходить его — и пейзаж начинает меняться на знакомый. Перед глазами возникает хоккейная коробка на стадионе школы №4.

То есть Руслан убил своего сверстника прямо под окнами собственного дома .

Дед Сергей сердито кричит из-за двери:

Директор коррекционной школы, в которой учился Руслан, тоже отказывается описывать его — следственный комитет требует от госслужащих по преступлениям среди несовершеннолетних держать язык за зубами. Два паренька, ждавшие кого-то у входа на территорию школы, тоже говорят о нем скупо:

— Его детдомовский назвал «пи..ром», Руслан вытащил нож. Детдомовский его на слабо взял — он его и ударил. Руслан в последнее время с ножом стал ходить, несколько раз его показывал. Взялся за нож — бей.

— Это в АУЕ такое правило?

Парнишки скучнеют:

— Вам расскажешь, а потом с нас спросят.

Во всем микрорайоне не нашлось ни одного человека, который бы хорошо знал Руслана. Какой-то человек-невидимка. Даже описывают его все по-разному. Ясно одно: убийца и его жертва если и не относили себя к АУЕ, то действовали по его «понятиям» — или по своим представлениям о них. Но почему эти понятия так легко усваиваются подростками?

Последняя тайна АУЕ

В своих попытках найти ответ на этот вопрос отправляюсь к «другой стороне» — в приемную Следственного комитета по Иркутской области, к замруководителя, подполковнику Евгению Касьянникову.

Тот сначала проговаривает официальную часть: АУЕ — это большой раздутый пузырь; неуверенные в себе подростки всегда сбивались в стаи и жили, в том числе, за счет таких же; нормальный ребенок, занимающийся спортом и уверенный в себе и своей семье, не поддастся на эти разводки; никакого «грева зоны» не существует, потому что нет никакой связи между дворовыми малолетками и сидельцами. Словом, все, что обычно говорят официальные лица в таких случаях. — В наше время любая идея моментально распространяется через соцсети, — начинает Касьянников, — в том числе идея принадлежности к какой-то эфемерной организации с красивым названием.

— У вас есть доказательства существования АУЕ?

— Мы расследовали два уголовных дела, в которых настойчиво говорили о решающей роли АУЕ, но это не нашло подтверждения. Например, бунт в Ангарской воспитательной колонии три года назад, — говорили, что его организовало АУЕ; сожгли несколько корпусов. Отрабатывались связи с волей — никто никаких денег в эту колонию не передавал…

— Но ведь «старшаки» реально существуют?

— Эта романтика быстро проходит. Я еще следователем был, познакомился со «смотрящим» в зоне — молодой парень, на воле был авторитетом, убил двух человек. Я с ним разговаривал, он признавался: «Реально никто не помогает — это как МММ, только наверху кто-то что-то имеет. Мне можно рассчитывать только на мать и мою девушку. Мои приятели — нищеброды, у них нет ни работы, ни бизнеса — с чего они помогут? Это на воле все — герои. А я сел — у меня бесплатный адвокат, я кушаю, что принесут родственники, и одеваюсь в то, что они купят». Ну и где весь этот «грев»?

Слова Касьянникова подтверждают пересказы разговоров с подростками в зоне, которые проводили в «Ювенте»: «Ты моешься в холодном душе санитарной комнаты, тебе страшно и одиноко, а знаешь, чем занимаются сейчас твои друзья? Они сидят в ресторане, пропивают собранные на тебя деньги. Их можно понять — у них горе, у них кореша замели в тюрягу». Приходя в места заключения, подростки узнают, что никакого «грева» им не полагается — они находятся в самом конце тюремной иерархии, и свой авторитет нужно зарабатывать с самого начала, никакие заслуги на воле тут не работают.

О том же говорил и «старшак» Андрей, мой провожатый по Юбилейному. В конце нашего разговора он с некоторым раздражением проговорился:

— Они думают, что сдают деньги и могут в любой момент позвонить в лагеря, и за них скажут слово. Сам посуди — нужно это человеку, у которого там своих забот хватает? Да и кто станет «держать мазу» за какого-то непонятного малолетку, не зная всех обстоятельств? Он, вполне возможно, сам «нарамсил» по беспределу, сам накосячил, а за него взрослые дяденьки будут приезжать, вникать, разбираться?

Epilogue

АУЕ не убивает подростков. АУЕ — вообще чисто арестантское понятие, что следует из его названия — это «уклад» или «удел» человека, находящегося в заключении, способ его жизни по собственным правилам. Физически бороться с АУЕ невозможно, потому что его просто не существует — ни в школах, ни на улицах, ни во дворах. АУЕ находится в головах наших детей. На эту идею собираются деньги, идущие неведомо куда, эти три буквы пишут на стенах подъездах. Страшно, что арестантское мироощущение и мировоззрение вырвались за пределы мест лишения свободы и прочно внедрились в сознание подростков. Но идею невозможно запретить или ограничить — ее можно только заменить, противопоставив ей что-то. Что-то посерьезнее истрепавшихся скреп, лицемерного патриотизма, туповатого спорта и затертого от частого употребления героического прошлого. Но за неимением лучшего остается разве что проповедовать традиционные семейные ценности — которые так и будут отправляться на эти три буквы.
