The prosecutor asked Dmitry Borisov, a person involved in the March 26 Case, who is accused of using violence against a policeman during the rally, to be sentenced to three years in prison. This was reported from the courtroom by OVD-Info correspondent Alexander Litoy.
Borisov is charged under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code.
- Dmitry Borisov is a Muscovite, activist of the 14% movement, worked in a small hotel business. Arrested June 9th. According to investigators, when five police officers carried him to the paddy wagon, he twice freed his left leg and hit policeman Ilya Yerokhin on the head. Erokhin had no physical injuries, he did not ask for help. For the first time, according to the case file, he remembered the pain inflicted in mid-May, about 2 months after the events.
