Altai took third place in the number of complaints about violations before the election

The Altai Territory was in third place from all regions of the country in terms of the number of complaints about violations before the election of the President of Russia. This was reported by the newspaper "Kommersant" . To date, from Altai, 22 messages have been received on the Internet card of Voilia Movement: 16 from Barnaul, 4 from Rubtsovsk, 2 from Biysk.

Most of the appeals from Altai concerns the use of an administrative resource. Residents mainly concern the spending of budget funds, illegally providing high -appearance officials to polling stations and pressure on voters.

The coordinator of the Voice in the Altai Territory Anna Bochalo appealed to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region with a message about the Internet Lottery among voters organized by the movement "For the Glory of the Fatherland." The main prize was promised to play among citizens who voted in areas with a turnout of more than 70%. The police found signs of violation, but transferred an appeal to Moscow, where the organizer of the lottery was registered.

The leaders of the educational institutions of Rubtsovsk wrote that they have the goal of ensuring a 100%appearance of employees. They were given manuals in which a "plan of action to mobilize groups, members of their families and veterans" is presented.

Tatyana Sinolitz, spokeswoman for the regional election commission, informed the publication that they had no complaints from the violation card. The commission, according to her, cannot initiate an audit without official appeal of voters, referring only to complaints on the Internet.

On the Internet card of violations there are already more than 450 appeals from all over Russia. The first place is Moscow, from there 60 complaints were received. Following Samara with 27 complaints.

The elections of the President of Russia were scheduled for March 18, 2018. The first to participate in them was the leader of the LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky, after him - Pavel Grudinin, nominated from the Communist Party. On February 6, the CEC registered the current President of Russia Vladimir Putin. On Wednesday, the certificates of candidates were issued to Sergey Baburin, who is running from the Russian public union, the representative of the growth party Boris Titov and the extended from the Yabloko party Grigory Yavlinsky. The latter were registered by Ksenia Sobchak from the Civil Initiative party and Maxim Suraikin from the Communists of Russia.

Oppositionist Alexei Navalny, who was forbidden to participate in the elections, called for a boycott of voting.
