Who will take 1 billion for the repair of roads of Novosibirsk

The city hall of Novosibirsk held four large competitions for the construction and repair of city roads. Contracts received companies associated with deputies and large developers.

Contests announcements are published on the public procurement website. The total initial amount of contracts exceeded 1 billion rubles. Money will be allocated from the city, regional and federal budgets.

25 companies were reported to participate in competitions. But in three tenders, one company was admitted to the second stage, which were recognized as winners: Soyuzdorstroy LLC (207.7 million rubles), Sibavtoban LLC (261.2 million) and OJSC Novosibirskavtodor (267.8 million). The fourth contract was played by Dorsib-Plus LLC and STS-Plus LLC, the first company was released by the winner to carry out work for 267 million rubles.

Soyuzdorstroy, according to Kontur-Focus, belongs to Sergey Bashmakov, Mikhail Proskura and founder of Transervice Holding Alexander Boyko. The total amount of state and municipal contracts of the company exceeds 2.56 billion rubles, follows from the data of the public procurement and the Rusprofile service.

Sibavtoban was a joint “daughter” of Sibmost and Andrei Morotsky. Now the company is completely belonging to the latter. Sibavtoban concluded more than 60 contracts by almost 11 billion rubles.

Behind Novosibirskavtodor there are hundreds of state and municipal contracts for 65.6 billion rubles. For a long time, the company was headed by the deputy of the Legislative Assembly Fedor Nikolaev, now its general director is Andrey Lobanov. Chairman of the Board of Directors-ex-parliamentarian Dmitry Pingasov.

Dorsib-Plus belongs to Ivan and Evgeny Dinges, as well as the famous developer Vladislav Kryuchkov. The assets of this structure have almost 4.3 billion rubles.

Purchases were carried out as part of the Safe and high -quality roads program. It is planned to repair the streets of Boris Bogatkov (from Garanin to Koshurnikov and from Yesenin to Dovators), Russian (from the ring on the gateway to the Berdskoye Shosse), Krasny Prospekt (from Pisarev to Kolivanskaya) and Nemirovich-Danchenko (from Siberians-Garders to Stanislavsky). In addition, the work will be held on Pervomaisk Street (from the Berdsk highway to the Zhdnoye railway station), Dimitrov Avenue (from Lenin to the passage of power engineers, including the bridge itself), as well as in several most emergency places of the city.

Contracts with the winners of the competitions, according to the public procurement website, have not yet been signed.
