Activists report that Volobuev was detained at the exit of the store by an employee of the Center "E" Sergei Nikolaev. The coordinator is accused of violating Part 2 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (organization of an uncoordinated public event) due to the repost of a post on VKontakte. In that post, the activists suggested going to the police department to find out why the headquarters volunteer Sergei Korneev was detained.
According to the Navalny Team | Smolensk group, Volobuev is being taken to Police Department No. 1.
UPD 16.36 Aleksey Lavrienkov, Volobuev's defender, told OVD-Info that a protocol was drawn up against the coordinator under Part 8 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated commission of an administrative offense). Volobuev is charged with organizing an uncoordinated rally by reposting the staff’s recording. The man is now being taken to the Leninsky District Court.
For violation of Part 8 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, they are fined in the amount of 150 to 300 thousand rubles, or they are assigned compulsory work for a period of forty to two hundred hours, or they are arrested for a period of up to 30 days.
