Then the husband of Natalia Ivanovna defeated the stroke. Natalya Ivanovna was not very surprised that an elderly man may have a stroke. She transported her husband to the country and forced to move. Thanks to these daily walks, the husband recovered quite well after the stroke and lived ten more relatively active years.

And Natalya Ivanovna herself lacked walks. Having walked with her husband, she put on skis and twisted a dozen more kilometers skiing on the ice of Lembolovsky Lake. She learned to walk around.
