• On the first line of the rating is the son of ex-adviser Vladimir Yakunin, Andrey Krapivin, Alexei, as well as former partners of Krapivin Sr. Valery Markelov and Boris Usherovich. Together with partners they own the 1520 group of companies. It is engaged in the construction, repair and reconstruction of road infrastructure. As a result, the real recipients of government orders are already hiding, Forbes writes: large contracts often go to unknown companies that are clearly unable to fulfill them.
