The coordinator of Navalny's Smolensk headquarters was fined 150 thousand for a post on a social network

On February 22, the Leninsky District Court of Smolensk fined the coordinator of Alexei Navalny's headquarters, Andrei Volobuev, 150,000 rubles. This was reported in the group "We demand answers | Smolensk" in "VKontakte".

The activist was found guilty of repeated violation of the procedure for holding the rally (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses): allegedly by reposting a post on VKontakte, he organized an uncoordinated rally. In the post, the activists suggested going to the police department to find out why the volunteer of the headquarters of Sergei Korneev was detained.

Volobuev was detained on February 22 when he was leaving the store. The court session ended around midnight.
