Unified State Exam AGN "Moscow"In the foreseeable future, a single state exam will be reformed. The directions of these reforms may be the direction to the “virtualization” of education and to account for the education of the student, says the newspaper Kommersant based on statements by the heads of specialized departments.
Speaking about what could change in the USE, the head of Rosobrnadzor Sergey Kravtsov, for example, stated that graduates of Russian schools will be completed during the exam in modeling virtual reality, and the results will be evaluated using “computer intellectual systems”. At the same time, the Minister of Education and Science Olga Vasilieva reminded of the need to include in the system of evaluating the level of education the results of the education of schoolchildren, which she has already mentioned repeatedly.
The publication notes that the rector of the RANEPA Vladimir Mau warned against too ambitious forecasts, although he called for providing “modern education services” so that disappointed schoolchildren and students would not leave to study in other countries.
Talk with Polit.ru about the situation with the exam and secondary education and how, why and in what exactly the exam as the tool should be reformed, Nikita Belogolovtsev, the chief editor of the educational portal, agreed.
Nikita Belogolovtsev“It seems to me that the key problem of the exam, like the entire Russian education (excuse me, that I repeat the opinion that I already expressed), that we do not understand why the exam. And we do not understand how high school should be connected or not connected with the exam.
We love to speak and "chalk" loves to write that life does not end on the exam, you will hand it over - nothing terrible will happen to you, and so on. And journalists write this, parents read it, they say it to their children, and everyone knows to themselves that this is not really the case.
In fact, the USE is really very important, and a lot depends on what university you will fall into Russia. And it depends not even from the point of view of education, but, perhaps, from the point of view of non -playing. From the point of view of the fact that just studying in a good university is more interesting, it is more pleasant that this time is not perceived as wasted. And so on.
So the exam, of course, continues to de facto be the most important outcome of schooling at school, and the only more or less measurable. On the other hand, we all see that the school prepares a child for the exam is not very good - at least from his own point of view and from the point of view of his parents. Because money is spent on tutors - up to three quarters of high school students in Russia are engaged in tutors.
It turns out that the school is not preparing for its main meter. And while this contradiction will not be eliminated, any stories about the reform of the exam will be divorced from reality. Because tutors will prepare the bulk of senior Russian schoolchildren for a little different. It was a general consideration.
Book Fair / AGN "Moscow" / Photo: Lyubimov AndreyIf we move on to more private ones, then it seems very correct and important to me to reflect in the results of studying at school certain successes of the student. Whether this should be upbringing, this is a controversial question for me: the criteria for education are different, and what the Russian state calls “good education”, it seems to me, more and more diverges from the ideas of a significant part of the parents about what good education is.
But here we get a somewhat skewed system in a sense. Institutes are interested in different students: students-sportsmen, leading students, students-inventors, students with vivid artistic abilities. Moreover, not only profile universities are interested in them.
This system in the world is implemented in different ways: in the States-in one way, in France, for example, to another. In Russia, this is implemented in the form of additional points for the exam, which raises big questions. Because points for the norms of the TRP - in general, a notive thing, physically strong students - this, in general, is good. But should a student (given that in leading universities, each USE score is on the account) with the USE 92 points, to be credited after a student with USE points in 91 and 2 points for the norms of the TRP, it is very controversial for me.
Surrender of TRP / AGN "Moscow" / Photo: Vedyashkin SergeyIt seems to me that if we really want to take into account not only the results of the exam, then the enrollment systems in universities should be much more complex and complex. And the universities should have a certain reasonable autonomy in this matter, which should not allow abuse (if you remember, the introduction of the exam has been assigned to the exam, transparency and understandability of the principle of admission to universities and their accessibility for non -burden, for example, applicants).
All this is a rather comprehensive question, and in short, then yes, I think that some additional points should be taken into account. I'm not sure that they should be taken into account in the Unified State Exam - it seems to me that universities themselves should deal with this. And universities themselves must form the criteria for which applicants, and then students they need, and have reasonable freedom of maneuver in this.
The state here should protect from abuse, but should the state say that students and MEPhi, and stricts, and Moscow State University should be equally well brought up? This is a rather controversial thought for me.
Regarding computerization and everything like this: of course, it is cool, of course, it is useful, of course, the exam should change after the school. Of course, digitalization and all this are things correct and absolutely integral. But this is an axiom - that this should happen. Another thing is that the further, the more in adults the knowledge in its pure form, but skills will not be in demand. And according to international research in this area, we see that Russian schoolchildren have a trouble with skills.
Examination of the exam in test mode / AGN "Moscow" / Photo: Lyubimov AndreyRussian schoolchildren are doing well in elementary grades: they know how to read, they do it quickly. In high school, they lose the possibilities of comprehensive analysis, design work and other things that are useful in the adult real life of things. Therefore, if the changes in the USE (on paper are quite logical), which Kravtsov declares, will be made just in this direction, in the direction of teaching project work, expanding skills - I will applaud the first. And standing.
I have no reason to say right away that this will not happen. And I would very much like it to be. That is, it seems to me a very positive symptom that the following consideration is already quite correctly perceived: the form of the exam as a test that tests knowledge is often fragmentary, is rapidly obsolete. Moreover, it will, in my opinion, are not out of 2030, but by 2020. And to change the skills system for evaluating the knowledge gained in the school and skills very correctly. I really hope that this will happen and will happen quickly, ”says Nikita Belogolovtsev.
