An independent head of the Kurkino district is beaten in Moscow

On the evening of February 26, unknown people attacked the head of the municipal district of Kurkino Ilya Svetikov. In his car, he drove into the underground parking of his house, three men ran after his car, tumbled out Svetikov to the ground and began to beat.

Dmitry Gudkov immediately responded to the incident on his Facebook page: he promised to prepare a collective appeal from deputies to the Investigative Committee on the fact of the attack.

Ilya Svetikov remembered the attackers. All three were in army form in black and black masks, all in good physical shape.

The attack occurred at 20.50. Lying on the ground, Svetikov saw that one of the attackers went to his car and "began to swarm at the rear wheel."

“We assume that he was filming the GPS-Ilya, Ilya was most likely to have surveillance,” said his version of Svetikov’s colleague, municipal deputy Alexei Blessing.

“The only phrase that the attackers uttered: so that I did not climb into the affairs of the management company Estit Service,” Ilya Svetikov himself told the new one. - I did not expect that I could reach this, I was never threatened in any form. We have a very calm district.

The attackers were not interested in Svetikov’s personal belongings.

In the team of municipal deputies of the Kurkino district - all non -partisan ones are already holding a second convocation. Ilya Svetikova is also elected the head of the district for the second time.

Recently, the Council of Municipal Deputies Kurkino sent a request to the Department of Economic Policy and Development of Moscow, suspecting the management company Estit Service in an unreasonable overestimation of the heating tariff for most apartment buildings in Kurkino. The first deputy head of the department confirmed this in his response to appeal. Instead of the laid 1742 rubles for Gcal, the inhabitants of Kurkino paid more than 2100 rubles. For several years, the total overpayment amounted to about 100 million rubles.

About two weeks ago, municipal deputies sent a request to the Investigative Committee with a request to conduct an audit. And also - a request to the company itself for recalculation of tariffs. Residents themselves began to contact the company, actively supporting the deputies.

However, lights do not exclude that the attack is a provocation, and they could attack it for some other reason.

“Ilya is a fundamental person, I can assume that he has crossed the road to many,” says the deputy of the nonsense. - There are enough suspects.

When the attackers disappeared, Ilya managed to call the police. She arrived in less than half an hour. The police took Svetikov to the police department, where he wrote a statement and gave explanations. After that, I went to take off the beatings to the trauma center.

The head of Kurkino was diagnosed with a concussion. But he refused hospitalization to participate in investigative events.

“Closer to midnight, the police called back and asked to drive up to the scene,” says Svetikov.

Police officers arrived with the dog to study Svetikov’s car-whether they threw something or mined it. The dog did not find any suspicious traces.

Until one in the morning, the battered head of the district and municipal deputies who came to support a colleague waited for the arrival of the forensic group to remove the fingerprints from the car that one of the unknown touched. The group arrived much later, from another district, the deputies did not wait for her.

The police have already requested video from cameras installed at the entrances of neighboring houses in the Unified dispatching service of the information technology department.
