The appointment of a conditional term of Gordeev in the sentence explained a number of mitigating circumstances. In particular, he indicated that at the time that the episode under consideration was dated, the defendant was still a minor, and also noted that Galyashkin pleaded guilty and, during the interrogation of February 9, apologized to the “victim” Lukyanchuk .

During the same interrogation, the accused said that he “acted impulsively,” and expressed regret that “succumbed to a herd feeling” when he stuck leaflets with the inscription “Putin - thief”. He also said that he paid Lukyanchuk the “damage” in the amount of 15 thousand rubles and transferred the same amount to the “Give Life” fund.

According to the plot of the case, on June 12, Galyashkin sprayed “tear gas of irritating action” from the spray can from the spray can in the eyes of Lukyanchuk. It was alleged that the security forces received a burn of the eye and he needed medical care.

The management of the Central Galovka of the Investigative Committee of the Investigation of Particularly important cases, in particular, senior investigator Alexei Severilov, also known as his participation in the “March 26”, was engaged in the business. At the initial stage of the investigation, Galyashkin refused to testify, referring to Article 51 of the Constitution. However, on October 20, at the first hearing, he pleaded guilty.

However, in the debate, the prosecutor Sergunaev said that on September 22, investigator Magomedova refused to initiate the case, announcing the absence of a crime in the actions of the security forces.
