Double the costs of healthcare

Putin called the most important task to ensure the availability of modern, high -quality medical care.

“In 2019–2024, the development of a healthcare system from all sources will need to annually send an average of more than 4% of GDP. But you need to strive, of course, by 5%. In absolute terms, this will mean that the total amount of health care costs should double, ”said Putin, noting that ambitious tasks should always be set.
