The Central District Court of Chita dismissed the case against the coordinator of the local headquarters of Alexei Navalny, Mikhail Fayzrakhmanov. It is reported by MBH Media.
The activist was charged under Part 1 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event by the organizer): he allegedly called for participation in an uncoordinated action on January 28. The court dismissed the case for lack of corpus delicti.
“The decision is objective and absolutely legitimate, because the discrepancy between the information in the protocols and the materials from the FSB, the duplication of protocols and the application of part 1 of article 20.2. absolutely impossible to the materials that were handed over to the police from FSB Major General Kazyurin, ”said the headquarters coordinator in a conversation with the publication.
In early February, it became known that the FSB sent documents to the police to verify Mikhail Fayzrakhmanov. He was suspected of violating part 1 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses because he allegedly posted on his page on VKontakte a call to participate in the "Voters' Strike" on January 28. The coordinator clarified that the action was agreed upon.
