All-Tatar Community Center appeals charges of extremism

The All-Tatar Public Center (VTOTS) appealed against the decision of the court, which refused to invalidate the warning about extremism issued to the organization. This was reported by the information and analytical center "Sova".

On January 29, the Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan dismissed the claim of the VTOC. The organization demanded that the warning issued by the prosecutor's office of Tatarstan in September 2017 be declared illegal.

Then, according to the results of the inspection of the Ministry of Justice, the prosecutor's office was dissatisfied with the fact that the center "carries out its activities and publishes decisions only in the Tatar language."
