Both defendants eventually pleaded guilty to storage and marketing of products that did not meet the requirements of security that entailed the death of more than two persons through negligence. Both women were taken into custody in the courtroom, the press service of the court reports .

In December 2016, 78 people were killed in Irkutsk from the use of concentrate for the baths "Bulkarsnik", 123 Irkutski were hospitalized. The concentrate that they used as cheap alcohol, instead of the usual ethyl alcohol product, contained methyl, deadly for humans.
