The activist was detained on January 31: the police came to the headquarters and took the activist to the department, and after that to the court. Mikhailov was found guilty under Part 8 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation of the procedure for holding a public action) and under Art. 5.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (production, distribution or placement of campaign materials in violation of the law) and arrested for 30 days. On February 12, the court upheld the arrest of the activist.

The coordinator was also detained during the January 28 “voters' strike”, but he was released without a protocol.
