The garbage plant is planned to be built in the Moshkovsky district of the Novosibirsk region. Some residents have already opposed the project.

The initiative group from the residential area of ​​the Svetly Barlak Village Council learned that the plant would appear between their settlement and DNT "India". Residents are preparing a collective appeal against construction, the representative of activists Ksenia Goncharova told Taiga.info.

“The bottom line is not that some emissions or something else, but that the waste from this plant will be buried nearby, on the same land, that we have drinking water from wells in the residential area,” said Goncharova. “Therefore, if they do this to us, then this area can simply be thrown and leave.”

Investments in the project, according to the official group of the Barlaksky village council of the Moshkovsky district of VKontakte, will amount to 880 million rubles. "Factory. It is the factory! Social responsibility is the developer of “springs” - and taxes in the budget, ”the community said . “The investor really proposed to build one of the objects we need - a school, an outpatient clinic, roads for his funds to confirm his social orientation.”

It is assumed that the company will serve the northern regions of Novosibirsk: Zaeltsovsky, Kalininsky and Dzerzhinsky. At the same time, the administration of the Moshkovsky district of the region, according to the initiative group and according to the village council, was against. The district is headed by Sergey Evstifeev, and the Barlak Village Council is Viktor Agafonov.

According to Goncharova, on March 3, a meeting of residents with the head of the village council and, possibly, with an investor, will take place in Svetly. The Energomontazh group is headed by the deputy of the Novosibirsk Legislative Assembly Ivan Sidorenko.

Recall that the region continues to consider the new territorial scheme of waste management. Her project, in particular, involved the placement of a complex of TBU handling in Plotnikovo, Novosibirsk District, whose inhabitants also reacted negatively to the project.

In 2016, the Novosibirsk Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities entered into a concession agreement with Ecology-Novosibirsk LLC for the construction of garbage sorting complexes and training grounds in Razdolny and Verkh-Tula. The project worth 6.5 billion rubles was designed for 40 years, the investor's beneficial income compensates for the regional budget - up to 2 billion rubles a year.

In September, it became known that 75% of the share of Ecology-Novosibirsk LLC was redeemed by the St. Petersburg group of VIS, which is also the concessionaire of the fourth bridge across the Ob. From the reporting documents "Ecology-Novosibirsk" it follows that the 75% share was received by the Moscow LLC Project Financing LLC, created in August 2016. The company is fully owned by PF VIS LLC.

Previously, 80% of the company belonged to Ecology LLC, which are Igor Fraint, Ekaterina Nevzorova and ex-deputy State Duma Valentin Bobyrev, and 20%-lawyer Yuri Tuktarova. Now, according to Kontur-Focus, the Ecology company has 13%left, but Fraint and Nevzorova as individuals had 4%each. Tuktarova’s share decreased to 4%.

“VIS” is one of Gazprom's main contractors, associated with Igor Snegurov and Dmitry Ryabov. The latter is headed by JSC “Mosenergo” Igor Rotenberg, son of Arkady Rotenberg, friend of the Russian President Vladimir Putin. However, the representative of Igor Rotenberg declared the taiga.
