In Irkutsk, the police recalled the case file about the stiffing of leaflets about the strike

In Irkutsk, the police on March 2 withdrew from the court the materials of the administrative case of the volunteer of the headquarters of Navalny Zakhara Sarapulov on the stiffening of leaflets against the elections. This was reported on the page of the local headquarters of Navalny in VKontakte.

As the activists previously wrote in the group of the Politics team, on February 26, the police lieutenant colonel A. M. Sitnikov studied the case materials and decided to transfer them to the Oktyabrsky District Court of Irkutsk.

According to the police, three people, including the volunteer of Sarapulov and, possibly, the activist of Gorbunov’s headquarters, leaflets glued. The seal of agitation, as stated in the case file, was not paid from the pre -election account of any of the candidates, and the leaflets themselves formed the negative image of one of the candidates. Sarapulov drew up a protocol under Article 5.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - the manufacture, distribution of or placement of campaign materials in violation of the requirements of the legislation on elections and referenda.

On March 2, the Irkutsk Regional Court returned the administrative case of the volunteer of the headquarters of Navalny Pavel Chernukhin to the district court, since "the arguments of the defense were not considered properly."

In December 2017, Chernukhina was fined 20 thousand rubles for painting the headquarters of the headquarters in white. He was accused of carrying out repair work without the permission of a special body (Article 7.14 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Claims for law enforcement officers appeared after a subbotnik, which the supporters of Navalny held in September. The volunteers installed heating, washed the windows and painted the platbands at the headquarters, which is in the building of the 1830 wooden estate.

In early December, the Kirovsky District Court issued a decision on the demolition of the extension to the building in which the bathroom is located. According to this decree, the appearance of the historical building of the 19th century does not provide for additional outbuildings.
